No same day delivery notification at point of order. Needed same day service as was advertised- only to be notified via email after I had placed order & paid that this service was not available for location. i should have been alerted at point of order as I was asked if same day delivery was required! All in all, format was very easy and straightforward. Just to check carefully. Format was well laid out, but needed to correct recipient's name as my name showed up when reviewing all particulars, once redone all was good to go! Order ref: 508591

The flowers were for a 90th birthday & I was disappointed that they took the delivery to the wrong address. Luckily they realised their mistake & took them to the correct. Order ref: 508405

Beautiful flowers. I ordered the flowers to come the same day and they did. I live in England and they were a surprise for my daughter. She thanked me for them and sent me a photo. They were beautiful. I'm so happy with the service apart from the communication, I never got a confirmation email or a confirmation they'd been delivered, that's the only reason I give 4 stars, I've ordered from here a few times and always been happy. Excellent customer service. Website was easy to see products but hard to choose from all the beautiful flowers on offer. I accidentally forgot to add recipient's address.
