Happiness from Lily’s Florist. Easy to navigate website, plenty of choices with great photos and very reasonable pricing.
I had made an order through a different company, which turned out to be a huge nightmare, so I had to find another florist quickly. I came upon Lily’s Florist and it was a very professional company and they delivered what was ordered on time and looking beautiful. Relative of recipient gave good feedback. The arrangement I ordered looked very nice on the website, but since the flowers and chocolates were going to a resident in an Aged Care facility who cannot communicate, and were to be left at reception, I had to get in touch with a relative of the resident to check (1) had the flowers reached the recipient, and (2) were they nice. Positive on both counts. I was thinking, it would be great if there were some reassurances available to customers e.g. a photo of the arrangements actually sent ( rather than just hoping it looks like the example on the website) and (2) confirmation that the order had been delivered.
