Impressive service. Comprehensive choice of arrangements and extras are available on the website. Description of the arrangements have good amount of detail and the ordering process is easy to use. I was impressed with Lily's response when the arrangement was disappointing, not like the photo on the website and not up to their standard. Lily's immediately offered a refund or more flowers. I placed an order for Mothers Day delivery. My order was cancelled with the reason being the florists in the delivery area had closed taking orders. I would like to have been given the option to have the delivery done a day or two later rather than not at all. Order ref: 561834

Good selection. After care would be great. Good range of arrangements suitable for a range of purposes. Reasonably priced bouquets. Would be nice to be able to select container the bouquet is presented in. There didn’t appear to be any options. I liked the fact you could upgrade bouquets to include more blooms. Biggest thing I think is missing is after care. Hence 4 stars. I didn’t know when it was delivered & I didn’t get to see what the bouquet to my Aunty looked like. She said it was lovely. Couldn’t you send a text to the customer with a photo of the order stating the bouquet is leaving your store?
