The online ordering process was fine but the flowers delivered to my mother were a very disappointingly small bunch when I was led to believe they would be a generous bunch of flowers. It was a small display and in a box instead of the bunch of flowers I ordered. I am very disappointed with the result. Order ref: 310820

Disappointed in delivery time. The flowers were good however I asked for an am delivery and my mum didn’t receive them til after 5pm. She doesn’t know the exact time as no one knocked or rang the doorbell. It wasn’t until I called at 9pm that she checked the door and there they were. Pretty disappointed as I can’t visit her right now so wanted to make her day special. Order ref: 306179
