They organised to get the flowers to the recipient on very short notice. Excellent service. Bunch of flowers was a bit smaller than I was expecting. Order ref: 307745

I was really disappointed that my delivery did not arrive on specified day. I rang and was told occupants were not home. They were home all day and the following day. I was assured the delivery would get there that afternoon. The delivery then did not arrive until the following day at 8 pm in the evening. It was also disappointing as I wanted the flowers to be a surprise and they were not as I had to call regarding them. My niece said the flowers were lovely. She sent me a photo and they did look very pretty. Order ref: 71038
