Ordered flowers with chocolates, but only the flowers were delivered. I did receive a credit for the chocolates after following up, but no explanation why the chocolates were not delivered. Order ref: 301022

I purchased the Rose and Gerberas and box of chocolates. To say the received product was disappointing is an understatement. 8 flowers only were in the vase (as opposed to the lovely display on the website) and chocolate coated biscuits were included, not chocolates. I was extremely disappointed as my brother didn't get the delivery on the Friday. Apparently the flowers weren't available, and, when they finally got something it wasn't the Roses and Gerberas and the vase was short and square nothing like they had promised. Is it possible that they got the orders mixed up??? Anyway I will never order from this site again. Order ref: 295561

Guaranteed same day delivery service did not happen. Had to contact via email asking where the flowers were. Eventually delivered 27 hours later. Very stressful and inconvenient trying to follow up the reason for non delivery. Order ref: 294913
