Valentine's Day Information

The cut off for a guaranteed delivery today has passed, if you order after 10am we will do our best to get your flowers delivered today, but it's possible that the flowers may be delivered tomorrow due to stock levels and our limitations with couriers.

* Due to extreme weather like fires & floods in some towns, and order volume, our couriers are doing their best to get orders out today, some orders may be delivered as late as 8pm.

Substitution Policy

• Should we run out of red roses, in the first instance, we will substitute with roses of another colour.
• Should roses be out of stock, we will replace with a selection of fresh mixed blooms of equal value.
• Should we run out of all stock, we will contact you with our sincere apologies and refund your order in its entirety
