Failed to deliver to the correct address - despite concise instructions. Lily's failed to deliver flowers to my daughter on her Birthday and instead delivered to another address - despite clear and concise delivery instructions provided by myself. The wrong recipient of the flowers thankfully rang my Daughter using the details I supplied from the delivery paperwork so my daughter was able to pick them up in person the next day - disappointing as I sent arranged this from U.K. to Australia as I could not be with her on her special day. Lily's were unaware of this situation until I actually e-mailed them several days later and complained. They did provide an apology and a refund but unfortunately this did little to repair their failure to provide a good service on the day. Order ref: 520902

Unfortunately the flowers sent to a friend were very ordinary. The ordering system was fine it was just the product that was terrible but after complaining I was given a very kind part refund as they agreed it wasn’t up to scratch. Order ref: 521844
