Online website was easy to navigate and use. The person who delivered the flowers was friendly. A notification the flowers have been delivered would be helpful, especially when they are a surprise gift. The receipt given doesn’t supply an Invoice No. or description of the flowers ordered, this isn’t very helpful if anything goes wrong with order. Order ref: 360526
