Good service and easy to do business with. The purchasing was easy and the recipient was very happy with the arrangement. The selection was good. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the service charge was not disclosed until the final stage of purchase. I don’t think this is unique to Lily's and it would not stop me either using them again or recommending them to others.
