Disappointing customer service. No delivery confirmation was received so I contacted customer service to ask if it had been delivered. I was told the delivery hours and to get back to them if it had not been delivered. The arrangement was going to a sick friend. I don’t especially want to badger this person asking “did you get my flowers?” like I’m asking for thanks. Delivery was supposed to be 5 days ago. How hard is it to check when a customer asks for confirmation? Order ref: 350419
