Lucky they got a 3!!! Flowers did not arrive on day scheduled. I rang to query why and was not greeted at all well. The first time I called she insisted they WERE delivered when I a lso insisted they were NOT. LUCKILY the 2nd time I did call back I spoke to Louisa who was SO helpful and told me NO they did not get delivered. Finally they were delivered a day late. Thanks to her being so caring and following through with the issue. Order ref: 455650
