The website was easy to use, the staff I chatted to on the phone were polite and helpful, and the delivery was prompt. I was kept up to date on the delivery, so for the most part a good experience. Only downside is that the picture on the website was of a massive bright colourful vase of flowers- perfect for brightening up the room of someone stuck in hospital all alone in a strange city- while the flowers delivered were a handful of pink flowers. Still a beautiful arrangement, and well-received, but not what I thought I had purchased. I do understand that potentially the brighter selection flowers are not in season, so still 4 stars, but I would have chosen a different bunch had I known that at the beginning. Order ref: 444178

Please send invoice when payment is accepted. Easy to order on website. The recipient loved the flower arrangement wine and chocolates. Only one complaint I did not receive an email with receipt of purchase. So I was only able to track my order by my bank account and my friend informing that it had arrived. Order ref: 441238
