Would have liked a notification to let me know that the flowers have been delivered. Even better if you could send me a photo of the product. Had to ask the intended recipient whether they received it. Order ref: 416665

The ordering site was easy to navigate and the order placing quite simple. Flowers arrived on time as requested. My only issue is that I ordered 2 arrangements of flowers, each with a message. For two different people who happen to live at the same address. The recipients received a single large arrangement and the 2 cards - I suspect the 2 arrangements were combined into a single larger arrangement. This is not the end of the world, but not what I had intended. If orders are to be changed, then I think the appropriateness of this should be checked prior to sending. Order ref: 409733
