I ordered some flowers for delivery at short notice for a funeral and spoke with Jackie over the phone as I live in Sydney. Happy customer! I was very happy with Lily’s Florist & the service provided. I wanted to arrange a flower delivery with little notice & the whole process was so simple. The lovely woman I dealt with on the phone was great. There was a slight issue with the address but she sorted that out. The delivery lady called me as she wasn’t able to access the property initially but the flowers WERE delivered to the door. She carefully placed them out of the sun, & also sent me a photo. They looked beautiful & I know they brought a little comfort & happiness to the recipient. She lost her only child a year ago, he was my son’s best mate & I wanted her to know we were thinking of her at this terribly sad time. Thank you to Lily’s Florist. Order ref: 443425
