Quality product but seasonal arrangements should be identified. It is good but perhaps when certain items are not available, this should be identified, on that particular item. I realise that means constant updating, but when ordering online, the customer orders what they like, not what is only available. Order ref: 536064

Easy ordering and great customer service. The person we were sending flowers to had moved without our knowledge and Lily's contacted us immediately to advise of the situation and were patient with us whilst we found out the new address and then assisted us by redirecting the delivery to the new address and still within the same day.
