It was easy to order the flowers and make the arrangements for them to be sent but I do not know if the flowers were delivered to my bereaved friend or not. I would like a notification that the flowers were delivered as it is not appropriate at this time to bother my bereaved friend to ask her and with Level 4 lockdowns I cannot visit her. It would be ideal for you to send a photo of the flowers and a confirmation that they were delivered. Order ref: 297228

Unfortunately, we ordered flowers on a Monday to be delivered for Wednesday for a funeral. On Wednesday I get a call saying the driver doesn't go to that address. I had to then quickly find another florist who could make the arrangement and deliver on the same day. I know it wasn't the florist's fault, but maybe we could have been told earlier.
