Fabulous customer service by Leanne. Very informative and provides contact details to speak to a person if you do not wish to place order on the website. I needed support as was arranging to send flowers to church and wasn't sure of the process. Leanne was an absolute delight, made suggestions and made my life much easier and arranged it all whilst on the phone. It's rare these days to talk to someone as websites are encouraged.
