Easy to deal with and very helpful. I was going to do order online but was not sure I would be able to send a message with my arrangement. I rang and the lady who took my order explained that once you place your order it will then bring up a section where you could write your message. It was still good to speak to someone who was able to help me then choose the appropriate arrangement for my needs. Order ref: 579360

Caring, knowledgeable, and go out if their way. I was unable to attend my aunt's funeral. They were courteous and knowledgeable about what flowers suited the occasion. Also when a problem arose with delivery, due to dog concerns they rang and explained and had to make the effort to deliver at another time when resident was there. Highly recommend them, very caring.
