Happy, but no way of knowing if the flowers were ever delivered. Website should have a post code search so you can find your nearest store. Some stores don't seem have the same (or the full) range that the website has. The other thing is, it would be simple to send a sms when the gift is delivered or at least have a portal we can log into to track/trace. Having that confirmation is essential, but right now I have no idea if the flowers were delivered. No one wants to have to call the recipient to found out if their gift arrived. I think you could do a lot to improve the buying experience by attending to the above. Order ref: 413624
