Expensive flowers. Lily's website was easy to navigate and the delivery were great, although for the amount of money spent the flowers were quite disappointing and expensive for what they got. I'm glad I paid an extra $25 and upgraded to the 'premium' bunch, otherwise I would have hated to see what they ended up with. Not sure if all florists are like this, but very disappointing if they are. Order ref: 591403

It was easy to use but 'Florist's Choice' did not provide any reliable photo guides as to what I was ordering. A photo of the actual order delivered should be sent to the buyer to avoid lingering doubts about quantity and quality. The recipient discovered the delivery by accident on the north-facing front verandah. They should have, at least, received a text that the order was at the front door. The flowers could have been found days later and in a poor state. Order ref: 537129
