I do not agree that the use of - I believe Eucalyptus leaves - is an appropriate accompaniment for 24 Red Roses for a Wedding Anniversary. Gypsophilia -Spelling???? maybe or simply Roses as requested would have been more appropriate.
Flowers lasted almost a week and although many were small they were lovely. Based on this experience I would either use another company or be more specific with my order. Otherwise phone ordering and people skills excellent. Order ref: 78009

There was a problem with the order, in that I ordered 24 red roses but 12 red and 12 mauve turned up. Lily's arranged for 12 more red roses to be delivered at no cost. Order ref: 54763
