Stunning arrangement. Website was easy to navigate and there was good selection. Reasonably priced compared to other sites. The flowers that were sent were the exact same flowers as pictured which was a relief. As I live in Queensland, it is always a challenge trying to find nice flowers to send in Sydney, so thank you, and well done to the florist that had made up the arrangement. They were beautiful. Lily’s Florist has great communication! I ordered a funeral arrangement late Thursday evening to deliver the next day Friday. Lily’s contacted me early Friday morning via phone call, SMS and Email as they were concerned that they only had yellow lilies (when I had ordered white lilies) for Friday but were able to be flexible and deliver Saturday with the originally ordered white lilies. Yellow lilies were fine with me however I was impressed that they’d put the bunch together and were waiting to hear back and had advised their next steps in the messages if they didn’t hear back. I thought this was great customer service. Thank you again. Would also be great to get a confirmation that the delivery had been completed as I was also interstate (WA) at the time.
