Prepared to go the extra mile to meet a client’s requests. I found the website very user-friendly. The staff at Lily’s were really helpful too. I was sending flowers to my Mum’s resting place on her birthday. I was quite emotional and thought I’d messed up my order and got the cemetery address wrong.
