We were disappointed that the flowers that we arranged to be delivered did not get to the patient until 11 pm on the night of delivery as they sat at the entrance of the hospital all day! It was a new baby floral arrangement so obviously it was to go to the maternity ward and we couldn’t t understand why they didn’t get there much earlier! Order ref: 415060
