Address was incorrect so I called the office BEFORE delivery was scheduled to let the florist know. Even though this was done, the courier still called the recipient to confirm the address .... therefore ruining the surprise. The person who took my order and the person who I spoke to at Lily's to correct the address was not overly helpful. I felt like I was a burden to her, rather than a valued client. Order ref: 34152

I tried to order via website on my iPhone but was unsuccessful. Not sure if site is mobile friendly?? Ended up phoning up-girl very nice and friendly. Arrangement was nice but I think it was still a little expensive - sorry! Would use again if I had to though. Order ref: 31692
