Excellent! The lady I spoke to was kind and compassionate which was lovely as it was my brother who had passed away and the flowers were for my sister-in-law and the children. They said they were beautiful. The choices on the website were excellent and I was able to choose from a good range. Lilys said they would deliver the same day and they certainly did.
