I was disappointed with conditions of flowers and variety. Flowers were not in good condition, and I would have preferred a better variety. As this gift was for a special occasion, I was not happy with this selection. Order ref: 385293

Recipient was not home and the flowers could not be personally delivered. Instead of just leaving them at the door, I was phoned and told. Turns out I had an old address. If the flowers had just been left, the intended recipient would never have received them. Because of being called, I was able to give the correct address and the flowers were then delivered to the right person. The recipient said the flower arrangement was stunning.
