Gorgeous flowers and prompt service. Flowers were delivered promptly and looked lovely from what I saw of them (photo). I was a little worried because I paid without any idea what the flowers would be like, but when I saw them I was most pleased, and so was my granddaughter (the recipient). Very good really. In fact very good, except that the day the flowers, etc were supposed to arrive, I had an email saying they couldn’t deliver that day. I was so disappointed because they were so important for my son, wife and new baby arriving home. No family or friends over there....all in England, so the ‘thought’ was very important. However, they made a great effort and delivered the flowers, wine, Teddy etc and they were so well received and apparently lovely. Order ref: 341047
