Very disappointed. The website was ok. But the presentation of the flowers was very ordinary. I left the selection of flowers to florist choice. Thinking they would chose and present flowers better than choosing something myself. My sister and I where very disappointed. Order ref: 558841

Late delivery - they did not deliver same day as advertised. Ordered flowers and chocolates online at 10am to be delivered the same day as advertised. They were not delivered. I had to call to find out why . I was told that something went wrong with the courier they use and was promised that they would be delivered the following morning they were not delivered until the afternoon . Very disappointing as they were for someone in hospital. Order ref: 522851
