Not very happy. The website looks good and I ordered a very expensive version of an arrangement for my MD who has just lost his mother - when he sent me through a photo it bore no relation to what was on the website and from my perspective, and I have been ordering flowers at a very high level for decades and I do know my flowers - it was a very disappointing arrangement and certainly not value for money.
