Your customer service was excellent and I cannot fault any bit of the whole process of the purchase and the assistance I got from your staff. Keep up the good work, you are really great. I sent this arrangement plus teddy to a friend who was totally distraught over her mother's death and emailed me late night just before the funeral. I was unsure of the mother's name so sent the arrangement a day later. My friend, Heather was overcome and loved the arrangement and the teddy. She has a big thing about teddy bears and has 100s.
