Delivered to the wrong house. The flowers sent we’re off a good quality and we’re delivered on the correct day, but
I was concerned when I didn’t hear from the recipient by late afternoon. So I tried calling the number on the website. Only had a recording & I couldn’t speak to anyone. The flowers had been delivered to the wrong house. The neighbour dropped them around to the correct address around 5 pm. I checked my order and I had given the correct details. Order ref: 412870

Could have done better. I was a little surprised when I did not get an acknowledgment of my order so much so that I called the shop to confirm that it had received it. I only knew payment had been made as I paid through PayPal. In all my other transactions through Paypal I would then automatically get a confirmation from the shop. Also, surprised again to not get a message saying it had been delivered. The chocolates by the way had melted by the time my grand daughter received them. The floral arrangement was very nice according to my grand daughter. Order ref: 400614
