Overall product and service ok, just wasn't what I actually paid for. Arrangement was fine and product delivered as requested. The 'sales assistant' was pleasant and clearly knew what to do, but not really warming and welcoming. I ordered the Botanics product and he asked if I wanted to upsize it which I was happy to do. However, my sister who received the package sent me a photo and a thank you message and I was so disappointed in the final product. The arrangement looked smaller than the original on the website and that's despite the fact that I had paid for the extra sizing. Very disappointing. Order ref: 351694

Beautiful flowers. Delivery communication lacking. The website is clunky when using on a phone. Flower descriptions are great. The flowers were beautiful but they were left at the front door and not discovered until the next day. I didn't receive any confirmation they had been delivered either. Order ref: 313253
