Fairly happy. Quite expensive. The man I talked to didn't tell me straight up that the price started at $80 for what I wanted. He took details wrong so didn't get delivered when said. But it was all put right very quickly when I queried why it hadn't been delivered. Overall the experience was fine and my parents received a lovely bunch and I'm 8 hours away!! Order ref: 411166

The flowers were delivered as promised. They were delivered as promised and the recipient was delighted. An extra nice touch would be a photo sent to the ordering person - probably after they were delivered so people can’t change the arrangements and make more work for you. Order ref: 406235
