We wanted delivery Saturday, which it have to option to chose, but they weren’t delivered until Monday. Also the flower arrangement, although lovely, didn’t seem good at all value for what they cost! Order ref: 332888

Lily's Florist took my order within a day's notice of my expected delivery. Very professional service on the phone, confirming the outcome with me before proceeding to payment. What would have made this five stars was delivering the flowers as intended - they were supposed to arrive on Saturday, but didn't get delivered until Sunday. Order ref: 338212
