Service and selection were excellent and but size of bouquet disappointing. I didn't use the website, I phoned as I was travelling by car. I was pleased that the flowers were delivered the day I ordered them. The arrangement was presentable but I was disappointed in the quantity of flowers for the price I was charged. It was frustrating trying to get your telephone service to answer. It took many minutes. I needed to speak with a person although I was continually reminded that I could do things online. What I needed I could not do online. The recipient of the flowers was most impressed with both of the boxes sent to her and said she would definitely use your services if needed.
