Dissatisfied. Extremely disappointed as I ordered a savoury basket and flower arrangement to be sent to my mum on her birthday. These items were ordered at the same time. Somehow my mum only received the savoury box and not the flowers. When I called Lily's the following day they apologised and said they’d be sent that day. Unbelievably my mum did not receive the flowers for two days after her birthday!! I have not received a call or email explaining I g how on earth this happens, an apology or anything.
