Great service. I understand the difficulty delivering to unit blocks but my friend came home home at 6pm from work and found her bereavement arrangement just left at the security gate on the brick fence. This was an out-of-the-area order. Even so I will use Lily's again as both arrangements I ordered were beautiful and there were no problems with the other delivery. Order ref: 50446

It was easy to order the flowers online. The only thing I would make comment on is the fact that your website says if you get your order in before 2pm then it will get there the same day. I had put the order in before 2pm but got an email back saying it would be sent on the following day instead and I had missed out on that day. I wasn't that concerned that it wasn't going to get there that afternoon but I guess if you have something on your website then it should be right. My friend was very happy with her flowers. I ordered at 1.50pm and the were delivered the same day. This was just amazing service and all I had to do was click a few buttons. Really very impressed with the efficiency and ease of service.
