Would use again. I placed an order last week and was a very simple and easy process, the only negative I have is that I made calls to confirm if the delivery was made (which they were), maybe customers could be sent texts to confirm delivery and also seeing the actual photos of the flowers. On the website, the flowers looked beautiful but I have been burned before with this issue, the flowers on the website and what is actually delivered can be two different things. Order ref: 306692
