Exceptional service, would recommend. Exceptionally friendly and understanding staff member on the phone. I was ordering from interstate and a little anxious about the delivery. When I needed to double check the delivery address the person taking the order was very patient and very kind toward me. Also they made a suggestion once I had placed the order which was something I hadn't thought about but made a lovely addition to the flowers. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Order ref: 416944

The delivery date was to be the 8th but it turned up 2 days early and it was meant to be a lilac and lime arrangement but had pink reds and whatever else thrown in. So not what I ordered and not on the right day. Order ref: 407535
