Flower Delivery Guide for Parklea
Same Day Delivery Requirements
Flower orders must be placed by 2 PM for guaranteed same day delivery (Monday to Friday). Orders after 2 PM are delivered the next day, and Saturday orders after 10 AM are delivered Monday morning.
Delivery Fee Structure
All flower deliveries incur a $16.95 delivery fee, with Lily's Florist subsidising additional costs in most cases. Remote locations may require extra charges and if this is the case, one of our expert team will give you a buzz to chat about it.
Hospital Delivery Requirements
When sending to hospitals, you must provide complete details including recipient's full name, hospital, ward, bed number, and mobile phone. ICU patients receive flowers at the nurse's station until moved to regular rooms.
No Sunday Deliveries
Flower deliveries are not available on Sundays except for Mother's Day.
Value Complaints Policy
Any complaints about flower quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs of both sides of the arrangement required for resolution.
