Very easy process ordering online. Had ordered the flowers, a balloon and teddy bear. The balloon was missing when the flowers were delivered. Rang the florist and they were happy to either deliver the balloon straight away or offer a refund. I opted for the refund which was processed within about an hour. Mistakes happen but how the business deals with it is the lasting impression. Would certainly deal with Lily's again. Order ref: 363514

Don't worry about the bad reviews. After reading a few bad reviews I was skeptical about my order, however flowers arrived same day and the arrangement was better than I expected. Over a week since the order and flowers still look great, I have one happy girlfriend. Order ref: 316099
