The website was easy to navigate, but I still ended up calling through to Australia. Customer Service that way was excellent. However I was a bit disappointed that the flower arrangements did not seem as per the photo advertised. The photo on the website indicated there would be 14 (Tiger) lilies in a bunch, whereas, the photo supplied by the recipient seemed to indicate there were only 4 (Christmas) Lilies. And the flowers having only just come out into bloom now the ratio and size don’t balance with the bouquet as now they should. Also I thought Gerberas, Carnations and Roses put together are slightly ordinary, whereas I had asked if the Green Chrysanthemums (pictured) would be included because they seemed slightly more exotic and out of the ordinary. These comments are just honest, slight critiques - because if you care about these things, this might be useful. For balance, the recipient, however, was over the moon. Order ref: 540762

Good customer service. Excellent explanation but you need to read that the flowers on show aren’t actually the first price. Very impressed flowers were delivered same day as order, so long as order was completed by 2.00pm. Also would recommend that customer is notified when flowers have been delivered plus a photo. Very reliable and beautiful flowers. I have sent flowers with Lily's Florist many times before. I find them very reliable and their prices are very competitive. One time I thought the flowers had not been delivered but within hours Lily's rang to assure me this was not the case. My friend had not bothered to let me know she had received the flowers. I would highly recommend Lily's to anyone wanting good service. Order ref: 506259

Exceptionally beautiful! Heard from the people I sent them to that the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Was a bit worried as I was from Perth WA & they were delivered to Orange NSW but they were very helpful on the phone & delivered as promised, Couldn’t have done without them. Order ref: 465784
