The best customer service you would ask for! Outstanding service, I made a few mistakes on my order, and the lady i spoke to on the helpline was beyond helpful, and I couldn't highly recommend them anymore. Order ref: 461191

The flowers were beautiful, my mum loved them, they were a little smaller than the picture showed but very fresh and pretty. The only negative issue I had was that they were for Mother’s Day and the website let me choose Sunday for delivery and had the Mother’s Day special. Only after I had placed the order was I notified about an hour later that they don’t deliver on weekends? Not sure why it didn’t have that date blacked out then or mentioned it prior to ordering. Instead they were delivered early on the Friday meaning I had to check with my Mum if she would be home so the surprise wasn’t really a surprise for Mother’s Day anymore. Order ref: 457495

Good flowers, poor delivery. Bought flowers for Mother's Day and requested delivery on that day. They turned up 3 days early. Why enable people to book a day when they just turn up whenever the delivery person decides? If I had known this, I would have ordered from someone else who could deliver on the chosen day.
