We started this model back in 2008 when we were still running a little shop in Kingscliff, turning away calls for places like Taree and Townsville because we could not possibly deliver there ourselves. One day, after counting maybe $20 in the till, we thought: what if we stopped saying no? What if we found florists in those towns and asked them to help? So we did. First in Murwillumbah, then Cairns, then everywhere else. Rosehill came later, but the model never changed.
