The Melbourne Surprise That Changed Everything

Here's something most people don't know about St Kilda East, it taught us one of our biggest lessons about running a flower business. Back in 2010, we'd been building our network of partner florists across Australia for a couple of years from our small home office, me well, I was 7 months pregnant, mostly focusing on regional areas because that's where we got most calls from our old Kingscliff shop. They're completely independent, Google endorsed, and they only collect reviews from people who actually bought something. No fake reviews, no deleting bad ones, no getting mates to write nice things about us. To qualify, you need at least 50 reviews averaging 4 stars over 12 months. We had over 3,000 reviews with 2,406 being 4 or 5 stars, which is pretty decent considering how subjective flowers can be.
