Prompt service. Honesty after mistake pointed out. Your website was easy to navigate. It's only when you choose your selected bunch that you are told that that photo is the premium level. Unfortunately, we chose the premium bunch and what was delivered definitely wasn't. I contacted the company straight away via email and showed the photos of what was delivered compared to what was pictured. The next day they promptly gave me a partial refund and apologised.
