Best website and excellent service. Helpful information, easy to follow directions. Good images of flowers and recommendations for events or gifts. I had looked at several florist websites and found Lily's the best. Care was taken, too, as I gave my niece's name as the recipient at the funeral parlour instead of her deceased mother's name. Disappointing service. After I had placed my order I was informed that the choice of colours that were advertised were no longer available. Also very poor communication as my question, sent both by email and via the website was not responded to. I have no idea if my tribute was ever delivered. Order ref: 467836

The lovely lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and most helpful. She was able to ascertain what I wanted and come up with the perfect wreath. Disappointed with arrangement. Flowers requested were to be of pink hues for a funeral service wreath. Tiny rose buds were used. Closed lillies also used that would not open up until quite a few days after the funeral service. Disappointed with overall look of the wreath, but it was delivered on time to the correct place.
