I wanted a half spray of red roses mixed with white flowers that was to be placed on the casket. This alternative was not shown on the website. I phoned in and had to wait 25 minutes before the call was answered. A Sheaf was offered and I asked for red roses and other white flowers. The roses that arrived were beautiful according to the gentleman that saw them, but there were no white flowers for contrast as was ordered and they were not able to be placed on the casket, as was the original request. Website could be better. Thought the website was good but limited. I required a large size of the flowers for a funeral, and wasn't able to do so. So I was forced to call. I had a set amount to spend, and wasn't able to fulfill that requirement. Ended up paying short of the required amount. I think more flexibility in relation to 'extras' would be better.
